All customer-facing Eliontode services are operating within expected parameters. There are no ongoing incidents.

In the event of a service incident, we publish an initial acknowledgement here promptly, followed by regular updates until resolution and a post-incident review. Institutional customers additionally receive direct communication.

A dedicated status portal with per-service history and subscription notifications is in preparation and will replace this page.
