Personal information under our control is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently; for specified, legitimate purposes; only to the extent necessary; with accuracy; for no longer than required; and with appropriate safeguards for security and confidentiality.

For information collected through our own operations, Eliontode acts as a data controller. For information processed on behalf of institutional customers, Eliontode acts as a data processor under written instruction.
